Please note that couriers require someone to be present to sign for all parcels. If no one is available for the parcel, the carrier will leave a card informing you of the failed delivery attempt. If you receive a parcel with altered or damaged looks on the parcel, please sign as "damaged.

" All pallet deliveries will be made Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will mean either you will have to collect the item yourself or you will have to pay for redelivery fees. Redelivery fees must be paid before delivery. The carrier will redeliver your item on the next working day between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Please check the condition before signing; by signing for any item, you accept that the item is in good condition.

This is important as the carrier waives all liability once the item is signed for. If the driver does not allow you to inspect the item or remove the packaging, please sign for the item as DAMAGED with your signature.

We offer a 30-day return on all our items. All returned parts must be clean and free of fluids and properly packaged to avoid damage.

We do not cover labor costs. No refunds/credits granted on electrical components or parts that have been altered. Defective/incorrect parts will be replaced. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Warranties cover only the parts and do not cover any labor costs involved in fitting/removing our parts. The warranty will only apply if the parts are fitted by a recognized independent specialist or an authorized dealer. No parts accepted for refunds/exchanges/credits after 90 days. After receiving payment, all parts are securely packaged and sent via a reputable carrier that can be tracked online. The invoice must be included with any return. All returned parts must be clean and free of fluids and packaged properly to avoid damage. Correctly supplied parts that are then returned are subject to a 30% handling fee. Warranties cover only the parts and apply only if the parts are fitted by a recognized independent specialist or an authorized dealer. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OUR PARTS ARE SECURITY MARKED. We take pride in our customer satisfaction and only want happy customers who will return time and again for quality parts and accessories. All parts, where possible, are rigorously tested in-house and we offer a 90-day warranty for "mechanical" parts and 12 months for "body panels." This covers our parts only in case of malfunction, we cannot accept parts for return if they are incorrectly purchased.
